Ramon F. Garcia & Company, CPAs (Crowe Philippines) celebrates anniversary, marking a more than four (4) decade of legacy in the industry.
Ramon F. Garcia & Company, CPAs (Crowe Philippines), is officially 43! From being a start-up firm to slowly transforming into a medium-sized organization, Crowe Philippines continues to grace the industry with its determination and excellence.
For Crowe Philippines, welcoming every year since its inception on March 1, 1981, has been ever-fulfilling, as they are able to look back on what helped shape the firm and look forward to more years ahead of them. This 2024, they are yet again able to honor everyone’s hard work and recognize the firm’s ability to go beyond any challenges in the celebration of its legacy.
Happened at the Gloria Maris Gateway last Saturday, March 2, 2024, Crowe Philippines celebrated its 43rd-year anniversary in the industry. With an overall theme of 43rd Years of Professionalism: Excellence Anchored in Christian Virtues, the firm was able to gather its employees together, amplifying the camaraderie among its members.
A prayer and worship were done to officially start the celebration, as Crowe Philippines truly believes that through the guidance of God and His Christian values, the firm is able to withstand everything thrown its way. Ms. Nhorie Paguio, the Senior Partner, recalled her journey with the firm and ended her speech by saying, “Together, we will be able to transcend, explore, and uncover innovative ways that will help us move closer to the firm’s vision—to be at the top.”
The fun doesn’t end there, for there were other intermission numbers from the firm’s employees serenading everyone with songs and encouraging them to dance to the beat of the music. The games also made the celebration more colorful and fun, as the employees happily engaged in each of them to win prizes.
Crowe Philippines didn’t miss the chance to reward its loyal and hardworking employees for ceaselessly exhibiting high-standard performances. This moment is a testament to how the firm and its employees strive to continuously thrive in the industry, never compromising the quality of output and services, no matter how demanding the job can be.
The event was ended by Mr. Ramon F. Garcia, who delivered the message for the whole firm, giving a new definition to RFG—Resilience, Fortitude, and Grit with the hopes that the new concept will also resonate with everyone. As the firm tackles a new year, Mr. Garcia said, “All things will work together for good.” There will surely be problems moving forward, but with God, nothing is impossible.With this, Ramon F.
