RFGCO records another year of greatness as it celebrates its 43 years of helping make smart decisions with lasting values for its employees and clients. Partners, directors, managers, supervisors, associates, clients, interns, and all other employees were gathered on March 2, 2024, to laud the firm’s anniversary—43rd Years of Professionalism: Excellence Anchored in Christian Virtues.

This is a celebration of not only the legacy of RFGCO but also honoring the valuable contributions of its employees, enabling the firm to achieve its goals and remain competitive in the industry. The firm is very happy to see everyone growing to be the best version of themselves inside the perimeters of the firm, discovering what they do best, and slowly acquiring new insights that can hone their characteristics further.
While RFGCO gives fair treatment to all of its employees regardless of their position, recognizing these few people who have shown not just excellence in their work but also loyalty towards the firm is a must. The anniversary served as a platform to reward and appreciate those employees who have been with RFGCO for years.
The awarding started by recognizing 5-year awardees—Mr. Alvin John Torres, Ms. Liezl Chelsea Anne Tacderas, and Ms. Krysslyne Dela Cruz of Ramon F. Garcia & Company, CPAs. Still from the roster of RFGCO employees is Mr. Jayson Demdam, who has contributed 10 years of his expertise to the firm. Another service awardee honored in the last awarding was Ms. Angelina Patingo, who helped make everything easier for everyone. Finally, with 25 years of service, Mr. Ronnie Reyes and Ms. Lilibeth “Ting” Samonte were recognized for their unwavering faithfulness to the company.
This segment is to acknowledge the contribution of the aforementioned people to the growth of the company and to also serve as an inspiration to the rest of the employees. The firm is very glad to have everyone and is looking forward to more and more years of working collaboratively for the achievement of both personal and professional goals.
