Hugo  Paniague

Hugo Paniague is the partner in charge of the legal and tax services of our organization.

He has served as advisor and legal and tax consultant for companies engaged in activities of various kinds and in governmental and non-profit entities in Peru and Bolivia.

He graduated as Attorney and Certified Public Accountant at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and has continued studies of his speciality at the School of Business and at Leadership Centre of the Universidad Privada de Ciencias Aplicadas, at the School of Management of the Universidad de Piura and at the Universidad de Lima, among other institutions of high education.

He is member of the Bar Association of Lima and the Association of Certified Public Accountants of Lima, where he was its Director of Tax Legislation. Is an active member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law, the Peruvian Institute of Taxation Research and Development, he has been President of the International Fiscal Association - IFA Peruvian Group and Chairman of the Foundations Supervisory Council of the Ministry of Justice of Peru.

He was professor of Audit and Taxation at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Universidad Particular Inca Garcilazo de la Vega and the Postgraduate School of the Universidad de Lima.
