Julian Maloney

As the Chief Operations Officer, Julian is responsible for the business operations across the 100+ Crowe office locations throughout Australasia.  

In his prior role as the Executive Head for Wealth Management, Julian was instrumental in building the systems and processes that helped create a scalable and flexible financial advice model to serve a diverse client base. As COO, he leverages that knowledge and expertise to build client focused systems and processes that help Crowe deliver an integrated accounting and wealth services to Crowe clients. 

Julian works closely with the divisions in Crowe and our client cohorts to streamline and enhance the financial services value chain for clients. With a diverse background in financial services and many years designing and delivering operational excellence, Julian is focused on helping the business capitalise on strategic growth opportunities and grow its position as the largest diversified financial services business in Australasia.  

Julian is actively involved in his community, sitting on various community and sporting boards. He is a keen sportsperson, and an asset to the Crowe team.
