Mr Swarnkar is a senior partner with the firm and has over 20 years of experience in the field of advisory, assurance and taxation. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Nepal. Mr Swarnkar has also qualified DISA (ICAI), DipIFR (ACCA, UK) and MBA.

He has been appointed as a Tax Expert by the Nepal Government, Ministry of Finance, Inland Revenue Department to investigate the tax assessments of various organizations. Mr Swarnkar has held the following positions:

• Member of the Auditing Standards Board of Nepal (2013-2015)

Mr Swarnkar has presented various papers on Internal Control, Tax and Regulatory matters in various seminars and workshops in Nepal.

He has also been a team member of the World Bank and Asian Development Bank Projects.
