Crowe boosts private equity services in Los Angeles
Expansion of transaction services focused on private equity led by seasoned M&A deal advisor
CHICAGO (May 18, 2023) – Crowe LLP has expanded its private equity service capabilities in California. To lead this increased focus and expansion of transaction services in the private equity market, Crowe has hired experienced M&A advisor, Stan Huang. Most recently, a transaction services partner at BDO, Huang has over 17 years of public accounting experience and has advised clients on M&A transactions up to $1 billion in enterprise value. He will lead the growth of the firm’s transaction services group for the southern California region, as a partner in the Crowe advisory group.
Huang has advised both financial and strategic buyers on the buy-side and sell-side, with clients in multiple industries including manufacturing, technology (software, information, and semi-conductors), healthcare (nutraceuticals and medical devices), franchisors, ecommerce, business services, heavy equipment distribution, product distribution/logistics, and consumer products. His deal experience includes working on domestic and international carve-out transactions for private equity investors and strategic acquirers/sellers. Huang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has worked with several Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in their international acquisitions.
