Crowe again named one of Glassdoor’s 100 Best Places to Work in 2024

CHICAGO (January 17, 2024) – Crowe LLP, a public accounting, consulting and technology firm, has been named a winner of Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work in 2024. Unlike other workplace awards, there is no nomination or application process – the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer over the past year.

At Crowe, employees regularly cite several positive attributes about the firm’s workplace culture, including flexible time off policies, volunteer programs, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and benefits and resources to support their physical, emotional and financial well-being. These attributes continue to earn the firm recognition on various best workplaces lists.

When submitting reviews on Glassdoor, employees are asked to share their opinions on some of the best reasons to work for their employer, any downsides, and are encouraged to provide advice to management. In addition, employees are asked to rate how satisfied they are with their employer overall, rate their CEO and key workplace attributes including career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, diversity and inclusion, senior management and work-life balance.

Glassdoor has reviews and insights for 2.6 million companies and hundreds of thousands of employers were considered for the Best Places to Work list. To be eligible, employers must have received at least 75 ratings for each of the identified workplace attributes. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm and considers quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
