The diversity initiative works to help us understand, appreciate and address the unique perspectives and needs of all of our personnel, clients and those we impact throughout the communities in which we work.
We recognize the value for people to come together and share common interests, and in an effort to retain and further champion our people, Crowe sponsors four People Resource Networks (PRN). Teams include: African American, Asian, Gay and Lesbian Allies and Latino.
Our PRN teams provide a forum for networking and support in order to promote inclusion and mutualism within the firm. Teams are open to everyone. Although not required, we encourage all personnel to become a member of a PRN group.
African American
The mission of the African American People Resource Network (PRN) is to grow and retain African Americans while encouraging diverse thinking, creating diverse opportunities, increasing visibility as we maintain a win for the firm, a win for the client, a win for the profession and a win for the people under an inclusive environment at Crowe.
Asian
The mission of the Asian People Resource Network (PRN) is to foster the growth of Crowe through mutualism and development of Asian leaders.
Gay and Lesbian Allies (GALA)
The mission of Gay and Lesbian Allies (GALA) is to ensure that all people are safe to be their "whole selves" at Crowe by providing a forum for professional development and success, as well as for networking and support in order to promote inclusion and mutualism."
Latino
The mission of the Latino People Resource Network (PRN) is to be a major contributor to the growth, success and diversity of Crowe through the professional development, long term retention and leadership of Latino professionals within Crowe.
