Senior, Corporate Advisory (Financial Due Diligence)
Responsibilities
- Lead in due diligence review of transactions.
- Participate as a lead/ team member in a myriad of Corporate Advisory engagements including financial due diligence, information memorandum, ad-hoc advisory assignments including financial modelling.
- Interact with team members and external parties in meeting the engagements’ expectations.
- Being able to interact and make presentations to directors and senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
- At least 3-4 years of Audit or financial due diligence background
- Knowledge in financial modelling will be an added advantage.
- Strong command in written and oral English/Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
- Able to travel for work.
