Senior, Corporate Advisory (Financial Due Diligence)

Responsibilities

• Lead in due diligence review of transactions.
• Participate as a lead/ team member in a myriad of Corporate Advisory engagements including financial due diligence, information memorandum, ad-hoc advisory assignments including financial modelling.
• Interact with team members and external parties in meeting the engagements’ expectations.
• Being able to interact and make presentations to directors and senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
• At least 3-4 years of Audit or financial due diligence background
• Knowledge in financial modelling will be an added advantage.
• Strong command in written and oral English/Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail.
• Able to travel for work.
