Siew Peng is a soft skills trainer and facilitator at Crowe CPE. Her areas of expertise include communication skills to communicate effectively across cultures and generations, adaptability and emotional quotient (EQ) skills to improve teamwork and productivity in the workplace, and leaderships skills by inspiring, engaging and motivating people.
One of her strengths is the sharing of many practical and relevant experiences having worked in Crowe Malaysia as a Corporate Advisory consultant, Ernst & Young as a Corporate Communications & Business Development manager, and the Institute of Bankers Malaysia as a Training manager.
Siew Peng’s approach to training allows learners to be more aware of their own thinking processes and to successfully apply what they have learnt to new contexts. She has a genuine interest in getting to know people, an open mind and an infinite amount of patience.
As a trainer, Siew Peng has conducted training for Crowe offices in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region including Thailand, China, India, Cambodia, Taiwan, and Japan. Her clients in Malaysia include organisations in the property and construction industry, manufacturing industry, higher education sector, and the legal, accounting and company secretarial professions.
