Jessica Phoon

Jessica has over 15 years of experience in corporate advisory.  Her experience in corporate advisory includes IPO project management, equity valuation, and feasibility reviews.

Jessica has been involved in various valuation exercises for public listed companies involved in the  oil and gas services and ICT industries, as well as private limited companies involved in the healthcare, logistics, oil and gas services, green technology and manufacturing industries, to name a few. 

Jessica has also been involved in the feasibility study and financial viability assessments for government and greenfield-related projects.

Jessica has been involved in transaction services since 2003 upon completing her studies.
