He collaborates in the legal and corporate practice of the Monterrey office. He is a graduate of the Law School of the Technological Institute and Higher Education of Monterrey and obtained his Masters in Comparative Law from the University of Pennsylvania, in the United States.
His areas of practice include corporate law, commercial law in general, real estate law, contracts, administrative law, foreign investment, administrative litigation and alternative means of dispute resolution.
In 2003 it was authorized by the Ministry of Economy as Public Corridor number 24 for the State of Nuevo León, so in addition to traditional legal practice, it provides services as public notary and appraiser. He has also been involved in some cross-border arbitrations as a party lawyer.
He is also an expert translator of the English language authorized by the Superior Court of Justice of Nuevo Leon and by the Council of the Federal Judiciary for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association of Lawyers, the Bar Association of Mexico - United States and the Institute of Public Accountants of Nuevo Leon.
