He has been an Associate of CroweHorwath Gossler for more than two years. He has more than 20 years of experience in M & A, including valuations of various companies, due diligence, advice on buying and selling companies, among others.
For more than eighteen years he worked at Grupo Financiero Santander, serving as Managing Director of Serfin International Bank & Trust and Serfin Securities Ltd. and previously served as Finance Director of these institutions.
Additionally, he has been Director of the OneMBA program of EGADE Business School and has taught at ITESM since 1999 and EGADE Business School since 2011. Regarding his school preparation, the Doctorate in Finance was granted by Tulane University (New Orleans) and he obtained the Master in Management on Finance degree in the same University. I studied the Master's Degree in Business Management, at IPADE. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Panamericana. In addition, he has a Certificate in Finance, by the Serfin Institute A.C .; He carried out the Finance Program in the IMERVAL, the Factoring course by the Mexican Association of Banks, a Diploma in Banking and Credit in the ITAM and a Diploma in Philosophy from the Universidad Panamericana and is registered in the CFA program.

He is the author of several articles and co-author of the book "Finanzas Para Todos from El Financiero" in its two editions; He has been a National Editorial Adviser and editorialist for El Norte as well as a columnist for El Financiero.
