Bachelor in Public Accounting and Certified Public Accountant, attached to the Chihuahua, Cd. Juárez and Delicias offices, where he has collaborated in the practice of Auditing and Business Consulting for more than 30 years with industrial and commercial companies. He has been a professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua in the subject of tax seminars. Former Chairman of the Firm's Audit Committee and member of the same for a period of 6 years. Former member of the Auditing Standards and Procedures Committee (currently CONAA) of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (IMCP). Member of the Supervisory Board of the Firm.
Partner of the Institute and Association of Public Accountants of Chihuahua, AC, President of the College in the 2007-2008 period and currently participates as President of the Quality Control Committee, member of the Financial Information Standards Committee and Auditing Standards, member of the Government sector commission and within the current board of directors member of the Board of Honor.
Speaker in different forums on Audit, Government Sector and National and International Financial Information Standards. Member of the regional commission of Quality Control Northeast area of the IMCP.
He has taken diplomas in auditing, national and international financial reporting standards and in government audit and accounting.
