C.P.C. Jaime Díaz Martínez

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPC) and a Certified Professional in Accounting and Government Auditing (PCCA), currently Chairman of the Firm's Audit Committee (COMAG), an audit partner in the Mexico City office, where he has served more than 20 years to various industrial, commercial, construction, tourism, real estate and service companies; as well as companies from the financial and governmental sectors, both federal, state and municipal. He is a member of the Association of Public Accountants of Mexico, A.C., member of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, A.C. and academic member of the Mexican Academy of Integral Auditing and Performance, A.C.
He is currently a member of the Independent Audit Commission for the Federal Public Sector and member of the Technical Committee of the Accounting and Government Audit Examinations and Government Accounting of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants, AC, member of the Board of Honor and member of the Commission of Audit of the Association of Public Accountants of Mexico, AC and Treasurer of the Mexican Academy of Integral Audit and Performance, A.C.
He is the author of several articles in the newspapers the "Economist" and the "Excelsior", on technical issues related to the profession.
