Required Qualification:
- Diploma in Information Technology. Having IT experience is an added advantage.
- Understanding of basic security concepts, including network security, endpoint security, application security, and data security.
- Basic understanding of common cybersecurity tools and platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Main Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding security best practices
- Participate in Research and Development (R&D) initiatives to enhance our security capabilities
- Respond to and triage client-reported security issues
- Contribute to the creation of security documentation and user guides for clients
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise security reports for clients
- Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training for clients
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices
Salary
- Total Salary MVR 8,500
- Opportunities for training and development.
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (08:00 - 15:30)
