Profile
- Vincent is the managing partner of FC ADVISORY and heading the tax advisory practice in Luxembourg. He was previously director in charge of the tax advisory services at MAZARS in Luxembourg. He carries out his tax consulting activities to the benefit of a broad panel of clients (Investment funds, financial companies and banks, Luxembourg headquarters of commercial companies, high net worth individuals,…).
- Vincent has been regularly involved as tax counsel for a wide range of actors of the financial sector and international commercial companies. He mainly deals with the structuring of acquisitions/inbound and outbound investments and has a large experience of private equity structures, real estate, hybrid finance instruments and M&A/restructurings. He notably advises several real estate and renewable energy funds on a day-to-day basis.
- Vincent has been a speaker in several conferences/trainings on Luxembourg tax implications of M&A and restructurings.
