Founder

The firm was established in 1978 by Dr. Saad Al Muhanna who actively developed and managed it over the years to bring it to its current position as one of the largest accounting firms in Kuwait, known for its high professional standards and quality services. The firm joined the Crowe network in 1991.

Dr. Saad was one of the pioneering Certified Accountants in Kuwait. Professional positions held by him include Chairman, Kuwait Association of Accountants and Auditors and Member Technical Committee for standard audit of accounts. He was also an Authorized Expert - Ministry of Justice and a Registered Arbitrator - GCC.

Prior to his entry into public accounting, Dr. Saad had a distinguished career in banking as Managing Director – First Gulf Bank.

Dr. Saad passed away on 13 November 2020 leaving behind a rich legacy of professional excellence, growth and client service. The firm continues to be guided and driven by the vision of its eminent founder.
