Sophie Njoroge is a Financial Analyst at Crowe Infrastructure Africa and based at the firm’s headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya.
Having worked as a consultant in the building construction industry and in project finance, Sophie has years of project finance and project management experience. In her project management role, she worked with key stakeholders including Developers, Architects, Engineers and Contractors, to successfully steer construction projects to their completion. Her project management competencies include project planning/scheduling, reporting, monitoring and coordination.
Transitioning into the project finance field after a few years of practicing project management, Sophie has acquired considerable knowledge and skills in project finance, especially within the infrastructure space. She possesses hands-on research and analytical skills which encompass technical and financial analysis of projects. She has experience in project financial modelling and has been involved in conducting due diligence and feasibility studies for various infrastructure projects.
At Crowe, Sophie’s role as a Financial Analyst is to participate in project finance modeling, project valuation and deal structuring, to assist with the creation of robust financial analysis reports that translate into business decisions, to research and analyze financial assessments, jurisdictions, industries and markets, to participate in the preparation of project proposals, reports and presentations, and to ensure that client files are securely saved in accordance with Crowe policies.
