Osei K Ameyaw

Osei Ameyaw is a highly trained chartered accountant with over 25 years post-qualification practice experience in accounting, audit, tax and business advisory services. Osei is the Managing Partner of Crowe Global’s member firm in Ghana, Veritas Associates, and has been the strategic business leader since inception of the firm. Previously, Osei was a founding partner of Ernst & Young Ghana and worked at the Audit, Assurance and Advisory Business departments for four years.

As a service-oriented professional, Osei has provided auditing and consulting services in different sectors of the Ghanaian economy including donor-funded projects, non-governmental organizations and state-owned enterprises, in mining and mining support services, oil and petroleum industries, as well as in manufacturing, health, hospitality, and professional and financial services. Osei has extensive practical knowledge in Ghana tax laws and has undertaking various financial and tax due diligence reviews. He also provides advice to start-up operations and tax outsourcing.

Osei Ameyaw is Crowe Infrastructure Africa’s primary point of contact in Ghana and coordinates with the firm’s headquarters in the implementation of projects in Ghana and the West Africa region and the deployment of local and regional experts in a variety of disciplines.
