Arfaan Bholim is a Partner and Director of Legal Affairs at Crowe AIA, Crowe Global’s member firm in Uganda.

Arfaan has 20 years of experience in Commercial Law, Company Law, Banking Law, Employment Law, Domestic Relations, Environmental Law and Land Law and has provided legal advice to multinational companies, non-governmental organizations and high-growth local and international companies and organizations. Having worked with three top legal firms in Kenya and Uganda prior to joining Crowe Uganda, Arfaan is particularly familiar with the jurisdictions of both countries.

Arfaan Bholim is Crowe Infrastructure Africa’s primary point of contact in Uganda and coordinates with the firm’s headquarters in the implementation of projects in Uganda and the East Africa region and the deployment of local and regional experts in a variety of disciplines.
