Senior Tax Litigation

Educational Background: Law degree with a specialization in tax law.

Experience: Strong experience in Tax Litigation, preferably with a focus on complex tax disputes.

Knowledge of Tax Law: Must have in-depth knowledge of laws, administrative practices, and jurisprudence related to tax matters.

Management Skills: The position requires strong management skills, including personnel management, training, development, performance management, and resolution of internal disputes.

Communication Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with company staff, legal consultants, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Should be able to analyze complex tax issues, develop defense strategies, and make informed decisions based on available data.

Goal Orientation: Must be goal-oriented and able to manage tax disputes with the aim of minimizing the financial impact on the company.

Time Management: Should be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with significant time commitment.

Teamwork: Must collaborate with other company functions, including internal or external legal teams, to effectively address tax disputes.

Professional Ethics: Must adhere to high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Certifications: Relevant professional certifications required. Excellent English language skills.

Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant (3-5 years of experience)

The objective is the inclusion of young professionals in our Transfer Pricing team.

The activities will include:

  • Preparation of National Documentation and Master Files;
  • Economic analysis;
  • Consultation on intercompany transactions and international taxation;
  • Advisory and representation in legal proceedings in case of tax disputes;
  • Management of APA (Advance Pricing Agreements) and MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedures);
  • Management of patent box procedures;
  • Strategic analysis related to the definition of transfer pricing policies;
  • Implementation and management of global transfer pricing policies, including interactions with foreign colleagues within the network.

A deep knowledge of tax law (both national and international) and the fundamental principles of transfer pricing and OECD best practices is required.

Depending on the level of autonomy and experience, the professional will assist and coordinate junior resources, guiding them in their professional growth.

The professional will also be involved in editorial and training activities (conferences, Master's programs, in-depth courses) in Italy and abroad organized by our organization.

The profile is completed by excellent written and spoken English proficiency, total mastery of the MS OFFICE package, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and an attitude and proactive approach to professional development.

Tax Specialist

The specialized firm, focusing on tax law, transfer pricing, and international tax, is seeking a certified public accountant/lawyer with proven experience in both national and international taxation to join their dynamic and structured team.

Requirements
The professional should possess the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in economics or law with top marks and professional qualification;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax consulting, both nationally and internationally, gained in structured professional firms and/or in the tax department of leading corporate entities, auditing firms, and financial administration;
  • Excellent knowledge of national and international taxation;
  • Problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, flexibility, and passion for studying, researching, and staying updated in the field of taxation;
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and legal databases.

Participation in a Master's program in Tax Law will be considered a preference.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks independently:

  • Tax consulting for national and international clients, particularly in direct taxes (IRES, IRAP) and VAT;
  • Continuous training and updating in tax matters, both from a regulatory and best practice perspective, with a specific focus on direct taxes;
  • Assistance in tax compliance related to direct taxes, including tax calculations, IRES and IRAP income tax returns, and any other related compliance;
  • Support to professionals from other teams in the firm in projects related to tax reorganization/corporate restructuring, both in national and international taxation;
  • Management of relationships with the Financial Administration, including potential phases of tax audits and disputes.

Junior Transfer Pricing Consultant (0-3 years of experience)

The objective is the incorporation of young professionals into our Transfer Pricing team.

The activities will include:

  • Preparation of National Documentation and Master Files;
  • Economic and financial analysis using dedicated databases;
  • Consultation on intercompany transactions;
  • Assistance in preparing the required forms for the implementation of international anti-tax evasion policies ("Country by Country Reporting");
  • Management of patent box procedures;
  • "On-call" assistance for specific issues related to international taxation.

The professional will also be involved in editorial and training activities (conferences, Master's programs, in-depth courses) in Italy and abroad organized by our organization.

Requirements include knowledge of national and international tax law and the fundamental principles of transfer pricing and OECD best practices. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is essential.

Total mastery of the MS OFFICE package, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a proactive attitude towards professional development are necessary
