  • Previously, Marco has worked for Ernst & Young (previously: Ernst & Whinney) performing auditing, consulting and corporate finance (since 1980). Furthermore, Marco worked at the top of the E & Y group, and was responsible for the development of service lines and the integration of the group's activities on a multidisciplinary basis in Italy.
  • Starting from 2001, he has been CEO of Geb Consulting S.r.l., "boutique" of management consulting in business strategy field, governance and organization, with specific focus on "Digital Transformation". Within the same period of time, he has assumed top management positions within several companies in the start-up phase of the "Entertainment" sector, guiding them towards the development and research of the appropriate "way-outs" of equity sale.
  • In his professional career he gained significant and diversified professional experiences, working with the major Italian groups in regulated sectors (Banks, Insurance Companies, Prize Games), with multinational "private" groups (Food & Beverage, Plant Engineering, Industrial Goods) and with companies (Italian and foreign) that manage primary football teams (Serie A).
