Lawyer, Laura specialises in civil and commercial matters serving Italian and foreign clients with specific expertise in international commercial contracts and corporate governance.
Laura also specialises in Chinese commercial and corporate law having assisted a number of foreign investors in their entry into the Chinese market and having been the head of the legal department of a Shanghai-based consulting firm for several years.
Laura graduated in Law from the Bocconi University of Milan and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
Lecturer at several seminars, conferences and masters. Laura regularly contributes also to the publication of specialised articles on civil and commercial matters.
