Crowe advises Fresh Start Support Services on recent shareholder restructure

Crowe were delighted to provide corporate finance, restructuring and taxation support in relation to the recent shareholder restructure of Fresh Start Support Services.

Established in 2001, Fresh Start is one of Ireland's leading private providers of residential care services to children. The business operates across 11 properties throughout the Leinster and Munster regions. Working in partnership with the Child & Family Agency (Tusla) in the Republic of Ireland, Fresh Start implement individualised care packages to maximise the outcomes for the children and young people in their care.

Crowe acted for the business in securing debt financing from Bank of Ireland to part-fund the transaction and advised on and executed the overall corporate restructure of the Fresh Start Group.
