Crowe advises US-based insurance broker NFP on acquisition of health and safety insurance consultancy SeaChange Ltd

Crowe was delighted to assist New York-based insurance broker and consultancy NFP with tax due diligence support services in their recent acquisition of leading Irish health and safety consultancy SeaChange Ltd.
