Crowe advises NFP on acquisition of Tailored Finance

Crowe was delighted to assist NFP in their recent acquisition of Tailored Finance Limited, providing tax due diligence and transaction support services.

NFP, a global insurance brokering and consulting business with a strong presence across North America and Europe, has made its fifth acquisition in Ireland since 2020 and adds its first healthcare-focused broker to its portfolio of services.

Established in 2008, Tailored Finance is among the leading independent health insurance brokers in the Irish market, generating gross written annual premiums last year valued at €25 million. Tailored Finance's managing director, Jeremy Tucker, will join NFP as a director.
