Crowe advises Brockley Group Limited on acquisition by Tennants Group

Crowe Ireland is pleased to announce that it has provided advisory services to Brockley Group Limited on their sale to Tennants Group.

Established in 1977, Brockley Group Limited has emerged as a leading independent chemical distributor in Ireland, under the leadership of James Nicholas Holmes. The Group's diverse product range serves key industries across Ireland, including Pharmaceutical, Personal & Animal Healthcare, Agricultural, and Medical Device. As an Irish family-owned business, they pride themselves in adopting a flexible and personable approach, which they will continue to do under the banner of Tennants.

Tennants are a UK-based business, headquartered in London, England, and have been in operation since 1797. The family business has a global footprint in production, distribution, and investment. With a significant presence in Ireland, the company operates from offices in Dublin and Cork, as well as a Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Being privately owned allows them to uphold their core values and motivation which will flow into Brockley Group Limited.

On completion of the sale, Nicky Holmes will step down from Brockley Group Limited, and Lee Haughton, Chief Executive Officer, will take the helm of the management team.
