Crowe support Lock&Brew in SCARP process

Crowe Ireland was delighted to assist Bickmar Ltd, trading as Lock&Brew, in successfully emerging from the Small Company Administrative Rescue Process (SCARP), restructuring the company while protecting the jobs of its 22 employees. Our restructuring director Declan Hanly acted as the Process Advisor in this SCARP.

Lock&Brew is a proudly Irish family-run business since 2014, sourcing local, fresh, quality ingredients to deliver the best experience for their clients.

The Small Company Administrative Rescue Process is a formal restructuring option for SMEs that enables a company to restructure its balance sheet and write off a proportion of its debts. SCARP provides a low-cost alternative to examinership as it is designed to be quicker and involves less court oversight.

To learn more about SCARP and how the process could help your business, please contact Declan Hanly.
