Crowe’s Clodagh O’Brien, a partner on the consultancy team that are participating in the Law Society Finuas Skillnet cluster events.
Crowe’s consultancy team are participating in a series of Law Society Finuas Skillnet cluster events around the country, providing a module on growth strategies for sole practitioners and smaller legal practices.
Crowe is currently working with the Law Society in relation to the ongoing implementation of the recommendations of the Crowe Market Study of Sole Practitioners and Smaller Legal Practices in Ireland.
A key tool to support the growth ambitions of sole practitioners and smaller practices is the Law Society’s Small Practice Business Hub. The Small Practice Business Hub provides information, courses and tools to help smaller practices build a more successful and sustainable business.
A customised growth strategy workbook and a marketing plan workbook will be published next month. The workbooks will be available to smaller practices to assist in developing a strategy to grow the practice and increase sustainability.
Law Society Finuas Skillnet is a learning network for companies of all sizes within the legal sector and professional advisors within Ireland’s international financial services (IFS) sector. Member companies work collaboratively to share best practice and to respond effectively to their business and skills needs. The network addresses both technical and non-technical skills needs of their members.
Crowe is delighted to have the opportunity to support the Law Society’s Finuas Skillnet and looks forward to meeting with all the clusters in the coming months.
