About the Role

We’re seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with an Audit Director to deliver high-quality assurance and accounting assignments to a diverse portfolio of clients. As a key member of our management team, you’ll lead audit projects, mentor talented professionals, and contribute to our continued success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Audit Excellence: Deliver diverse, high-quality audit engagements across industries, ensuring compliance and exceptional outcomes.
  • Inspire and Develop Teams: Mentor and guide junior team members with actionable feedback to foster their professional growth.
  • Streamline Operations: Manage timelines, resources, billing, and compliance for smooth project execution.
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to the firm's growth and innovation.
  • Build Client Trust: Strengthen relationships with expert advice on audit planning, risk management, and growth strategies.
  • Grow the Business: Lead client portfolio development, proactively pitch for new business, and expand firm opportunities. Assist in crafting competitive tenders and fee quotes.
  • Offer Expert Advice: Lead discussions on audit planning, risk strategies, and consultancy projects with partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with departments to support and enhance audit services.
  • Set the Standard: Uphold firm policies, champion compliance, and ensure excellence in all deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in auditing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Irish GAAP, ISAs (Ireland), and Irish company law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring trainees or junior professionals.
