Our Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team specializes in helping businesses and individuals through challenging financial situations. About the role

Are you ready to make a difference? As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact restructuring services, helping businesses in distress recover and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering diverse corporate recovery projects, challenging you to think critically and creatively.
  • Support and lead investigations.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, working alongside senior team members to become a trusted advisor.
  • Supporting senior managers and directors in overseeing portfolios, acting as the main point of contact for clients and third parties.
  • Ensuring smooth workflows and contributing to the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Gaining invaluable experience in practice management and client relationships while maintaining Crowe’s high standards.
  • Conducting financial analysis and collaborating with leaders to prepare insightful reports.
  • Resolving disputes and addressing creditor queries, ensuring our clients’ best interests are always front and centre.
  • Providing expert advice to a broad range of stakeholders, including corporate clients, creditors, banks, and insolvency practitioners.
  • Developing your expertise in Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Insolvency, guided by experienced leaders.

About you

You’re not just a team player; you’re a dedicated professional with a passion for corporate recovery and restructuring. You thrive in a collaborative environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and are eager to take on increasing responsibilities as you grow within the firm.

What you bring:

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in professional services, ideally in Corporate Restructuring (external audit experience is also valued).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • A growing commercial awareness and understanding of opportunities within restructuring and insolvency.
  • Full right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
