About the role

Are you ready to take the lead? In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact restructuring projects and shaping the future of businesses in distress. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, providing strategic advice and driving meaningful outcomes.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading diverse projects that challenge you to think critically and creatively.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Taking ownership of your portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for clients and third parties.
  • Managing project teams, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering top-tier service on time.
  • Continuously developing your expertise in practice management and client relationships, always in line with Crowe’s high standards.
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis and collaborating with managers and partners to prepare insightful reports.
  • Resolving disputes and addressing creditor queries with confidence.
  • Providing expert advice to a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate clients, creditors, banks, and insolvency practitioners.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development.
  • Leading and participating in a variety of Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Insolvency projects, ensuring impactful outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for managing high-profile projects, guiding businesses through restructuring, and leading a team of qualified and non-qualified professionals. Here’s what you bring:

Essential knowledge & skills:

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in corporate restructuring, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills – you excel under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, handling multiple tasks with ease.
  • Commercially astute, with a sharp eye for identifying opportunities.
  • Full right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
