About the Role

As a Consultant, you’ll lead diverse consulting assignments, working closely with healthcare, public sector and not-for-profit clients to address critical challenges, improve operations, and deliver better outcomes. From long-term change management initiatives to targeted short-term projects, your work will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Healthcare Focus: Support health and social care clients through strategic service reviews, organisational and service improvement initiatives, evaluations and feasibility studies to help them deliver exceptional care.
  • Lead Projects: Manage consulting assignments from proposal development to completion, including research, consultations, analysis, reporting writing and presenting actionable recommendations.
  • Solve Problems: Conduct strategic reviews, develop business plans, and evaluate programs to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Drive Growth: Collaborate on business development efforts, pitch for new opportunities, and contribute to the consulting portfolio’s growth.
  • Deliver Results: Facilitate workshops, write detailed reports, and implement strategies for impactful client outcomes.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and partner organizations to expand our portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in consulting, project management, or business advisory roles, with a strong understanding of the health and social care sector.
  • Strong skills in research, strategic planning, data analysis, and solution development.
  • Exceptional communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for creating meaningful change in the healthcare and not-for-profit sector.
