A little under four years ago I was at the start of my final year of college, researching potential graduate programmes. The biggest difference that stood out to me when I was looking into Crowe was how much they emphasised the value they place on people compared to other firms.
I was a bit sceptical of course, because anybody can claim anything on their website, but from my very first interview with Crowe it was clear to me that they really did care about their employees (and clients).
Having worked in Crowe for a little over three years now, I can definitely confirm that they truly value and care about their employees. I have been supported every step along the way by everyone in the firm, from trainee to partner, from department to department, in my academic studies and professional and personal development.
Aside from the above, one of the greatest benefits I have found since joining Crowe is the wide variety of clients they have as a medium-sized firm. Coming in, you won’t be thrown in at the deep end as they have clients that will suit the experience/ability of any trainee. As you progress in your career, they will also have access to bigger and more complex clients that will allow you to improve professionally too.
The friendly and social atmosphere of the company extends past the workplace too as there are plenty of after-hours social events organised by the company. Events like the annual table quiz, sports day or summer five-a-side are a great way to unwind and get to know your colleagues.
