I joined Crowe ten years ago after completing my training contract with a mid-tier Dublin firm. From the minute I sat down to interview with Crowe I knew the firm would be a good fit for me, mainly due to the people and the evident culture of the firm. Ten years later my initial feelings still ring true.
Crowe has played a vital role in my progression from assistant manager to director by providing continuous support and development opportunities. The firm’s culture of mentorship and working directly with partners and senior staff connected me with experienced leaders who offered valuable guidance and insight. I was entrusted with challenging projects that helped hone my expertise and demonstrated my potential.
During my time at Crowe, I have been involved in the graduate recruitment process by assisting with the interview process. Through this experience, I have gained a good insight into what Crowe is looking for in a potential candidate, particularly what makes a good interviewee. I believe a good interviewee is well-prepared and confident. They listen carefully and answer questions clearly. They show interest in the role, ask good questions, and are polite. They balance being confident and humble, making a positive connection with the interviewer.
