Seán is an associate director in Crowe's corporate finance department with over 16 years of experience. He received his BSc in Finance from University College Cork and subsequently completed the Chartered Financial Analyst exams.
Starting his career in Crowe's current offices on Mespil Road as part of BIAM's graduate programme, he went on to work with a microfinance organisation in Ghana before joining Emerge Capital Partners in Sydney in 2011. Over the subsequent years, he worked on all aspects of corporate finance across Australia, Asia and the Middle East including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Debt & equity fundraising
- Corporate structuring
- Business valuations
- Vendor and purchaser due diligence
- Independent business reviews
- Investment appraisals
- Portfolio reviews
His clear focus is providing pragmatic, value-optimising strategic advice to clients.
Outside of work, Seán's interests include triathlons, five-a-side soccer and following Castlehaven and Cork GAA.
