Hugh is an associate director in the firm’s consulting department. He received a BA in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin in 2008, before working in the further and higher education sectors for a number of years. In 2012 he received an MA in International Higher Education from the University of Nottingham.
Hugh began working in management consulting in the public sector in 2013, supporting policy and strategy development for agencies, institutions and representative bodies prior to joining Crowe in 2018.
Within our consulting team, Hugh manages projects and programmes aimed at providing impact-focused and evidence-informed advice to public sector and not-for-profit organisations, with a particular emphasis on the review and design of organisational systems and processes. He is focused on work that has a real effect on the quality, value and accessibility of public services.
Hugh lives in Dublin with his partner, daughter and dog and enjoys cycling, rugby and gardening.
