Eimear is an associate director within the firm's corporate finance department. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Galway and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).
Eimear has over 12 years of experience in the areas of Corporate Finance and Restructuring. She has managed numerous corporate finance assignments involving the acquisition and disposal of assets and businesses, bank funding and strategic advice. Eimear also has considerable experience in dealing with distressed businesses, advising on recovery and turnaround strategies to maximise debt recovery.
She has worked across various aspects of corporate finance and restructuring engagements including:
