Declan is a director within the restructuring and insolvency services team. He is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick as well as a Diploma in Computing (Athlone IT) and a Diploma in Corporate Finance (Chartered Accountants Ireland). He also holds a Certificate in Personal Insolvency from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Outside of the office, Declan has two young children and when he gets a chance enjoys following a variety of sports, with a particular interest in following the fortunes of the Roscommon football team.

Declan has a record of successfully managing insolvency and restructuring projects to achieve the best possible result for all stakeholders and has also assisted companies and individual debtors in successful negotiations with their creditors. He sees communication as a key element of any assignment and adopts a hands on approach to dealing with all his clients.
