Dan is a director in the firm’s audit and assurance department. He graduated from DCU in 2010 with a BA in Accounting and Finance and MBS in Accounting, before joining Crowe on our graduate trainee programme and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.
Over the last 10 years, Dan has gained considerable accounting and auditing experience working with Irish and international commercial organisations across various industries. In particular, he works with businesses operating in the professional services, manufacturing and media and advertising sectors. He also has specific experience advising on complex accounting matters.
Dan is the firm lead for the adoption and implementation of new and emerging technologies in the areas of audit and accounting, including use of data analytics tools in audits.
Dan got married in 2021 and is looking forward to starting a family. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, travel and music.
