Colm is a director with the firm’s corporate finance department. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Accounting degrees from University College Dublin. Colm also holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Colm trained in PwC in Dublin followed by a secondment to the New York office before returning to Ireland where he has since gained significant experience across the financial services, property and hospitality sectors.
He has worked across all aspects of corporate finance engagements including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Debt & equity fundraising
- Corporate structuring
- Business valuations
- Vendor and purchaser due diligence
- Independent business reviews
- Investment appraisals
During his time in industry, Colm has been involved in a number of large-scale asset and portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
Outside of work Colm is a keen follower of sports, notably hurling, golf and soccer, however the golf course is the only place that he is able to actively participate these days. But he still passionately follows his local GAA club, Naomh Eanna CLG in Gorey, Co. Wexford from the sidelines.
