Catherine is responsible for leading the firm’s company secretarial department, which provides a comprehensive quality company secretarial and company law compliance service to our clients including company incorporations, share capital restructuring, group reorganisations and dissolution of companies.
A qualified chartered secretary and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute, she has over 20 years' experience providing company secretarial advice and services to a significant portfolio of clients including business startups, large groups of Irish companies, holding companies, medium and large sized enterprises and charities on all aspects of company law, corporate governance and company secretarial practice, including advice on the impact of the Companies Act 2014 for Irish companies and directors and company secretaries.
Catherine has previously spoken on corporate compliance and governance matters to Chartered Accountants Ireland.
