PT Dewata Freightinternational Tbk Official listing of Shares on IDX

PT Dewata Freightinternational Tbk (DEAL), one of the assurance clients of Crowe Indonesia has successfully registered its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through Initial Public Offering (IPO) on November 9, 2018. The Company issued 300 million new shares or 26,79% of its issued and fully paid capital with an IPO price of Rp 150 and obtained Rp 45 billion fresh fund. In addition to the initial public offering, DEAL also issued 60 million series I warrants that is convertible into new shares with exercise price of Rp 187.

DEAL which was established in 1995 engaged in comprehensive freight forwarding services, with state-owned enterprises as its major customers.
