Payment of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce membership fee

In 2022, the Group I members, i.e., companies who do not meet two of the following criteria:

  • HRK 7.5 million in total assets
  • HRK 15 million in total revenue
  • 50 employees

are not required to pay the Croatian Chamber of Commerce membership fee, but they may if they wish to use the Croatian Chamber of Commerce's specific services and products free of charge. This means that Group I members will no longer be charged for membership fees as in previous periods.

The exemption request in this case does not have to be submitted. Any member of Group I who wishes to pay the membership fee voluntarily must notify the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

The voluntary monthly Croatian Chamber of Commerce membership fee for the Group I members in 2022 amounts to:

  • HRK 150, for the member with an annual income of less than HRK 7.5 million.
  • HRK 300, for the member whose income exceeds HRK 7.5 million.

The Croatian Chamber of Commerce membership fee is due by the end of the month for the current month.

Members who are in bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings may be exempt from paying membership fees if they submit; 1.  the Decision on the bankruptcy along with the Request for exemption from payment of membership fees, and 2. Decision on registration of liquidation process in the court register.
