Mandatory work from home

The Croatian Government, has issued new epidemiological measures aiming to prevent the spread of corona virus.

The measures prescribe the following obligations of employers:

• prohibit employees suffering from fever and respiratory problems, especially dry cough and shortness of breath to be present in the workplace;
• minimize physical contact between the employees, whenever possible;
• introduce work from home, whenever possible
• introduce flexible work schedule, whenever possible;
• organize work in teams or groups, wherever possible;
• reduce the number of physical meetings to a minimum;
• regularly ventilate the areas occupied by the employees.
