“Crowe” is the brand name under which the member firms of the Crowe Global network operate and provide professional services, and those firms together form the Crowe Global network of independent audit, tax, and consulting firms. Crowe may be used to refer to individual firms, to several such firms, or to all firms within the Crowe Global network. Although “Crowe” is the brand used by the Crowe Global network and its member firms, Crowe Global is not a worldwide partnership.

Crowe Global is a Swiss verein. Crowe Global does not have an ownership or partnership interest in Crowe Hrvatska or any other member of the Crowe Global network. Each member firm of Crowe Global is a separate legal entity. As separate and independent legal entities, Crowe Global and each of its members do not obligate each other. Crowe Hrvatska and its subsidiaries are not responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of Crowe Global or any other Crowe Global members, and Crowe Hrvatska and its subsidiaries specifically disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for acts or omissions of Crowe Global or any other Crowe Global member. Similarly, Crowe Global and its other members are not responsible or liable for any acts or omissions of Crowe Hrvatska and its subsidiaries and specifically disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for acts or omissions of Crowe Hrvatska and its subsidiaries.

Crowe Global does not provide services to clients. Services to clients are provided by the individual member firms of Crowe Global.

Crowe Hrvatska is an independent member of Crowe Global. Crowe Hrvatska is an limited liability company and the Croatian member firm of Crowe Global. Crowe Hrvatska is a public accounting, consulting and technology firm with office. Crowe Hrvatska provides audit services to public and private entities. Crowe Hrvatska in Zagreb also provides clients with tax, advisory, risk and performance services.
