Xenophon Petropoulos holds more than 20 years of experience in the fields of sales, customer service, strategic communication and reputation management. Between 2012-2017, he held the position of Director of Communications & Public Relations of the Greek Tourism Confederation (SETE), where he was responsible for the development of the profile and image of Greek tourism.
His areas of responsibility included the Confederation's business excellence, the development of policies and positions for Greek tourism at national and European level, reputation management, crisis management, media relations and advisory support.
In his previous positions, he worked for multinational companies and major international brands such as: Coca-Cola 3Ε, Frigoglass, Nutriart, Fiat Automotive Hellas, FXCM Forex Capital Market, Saxo Bank, Hellenic Post, McArthurGlen Athens, BMW Aberdeen, Coral Gas, British Telecom and Marks & Spenser.
A winner of European Excellence Awards for CSR campaigns, he was member of the team that initiated the development of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service and the Hellenic Sales Institute, while over the last three years he has been part of the mentoring team for Eurobank's programme The Egg.
He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Corporate Communication & Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
He is married and has two children.
