Crowe Global (Crowe), one of the world’s leading accounting networks, confirmed two new members to its board of directors. Matthew Games, Co-Chief Executive Officer (Australasia) and Marcelo Lico, Chief Executive Officer (Brazil). Alongside the new additions, one existing member, Lars Lüdemann, Tax Partner (Germany), was successfully re-elected to the board. The newly elected members will take their positions as of January 1, 2025.
The chairperson of Crowe Global remains unchanged with Jim Powers, former CEO of Crowe USA, re-elected to the position for a term of two years.
With revenues in excess of US$5bn, the global network, which operates in more than 140 countries, is committed to its strategy to position the network for sustained future growth through investment in technology, people and quality.
The newly elected board members will serve either a one or two-year term.
