Polish companies not prepared for ESG reporting obligations

12/12/2024

A study by Crowe and Envirly reveals that only 14% of Polish companies are adequately prepared for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, as mandated by the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Non-compliance can lead to significant financial penalties, damage to reputation, and reduced competitiveness in the global market. Milena Kowalik-Szeruga, ESG Manager at Crowe Poland, explains the importance of adopting ESGy practices to achieve financial success and support environmental and social goals.
